Lake Norman Community Health Clinic

LNCHC is the oldest and largest medical provider serving the uninsured in North Mecklenburg and South Iredell counties. They are dedicated to bridging the health insurance gap believing that everyone has a right to affordable medical care. In a recent year, more than 50 volunteer physicians, nurses, and lab technicians provided 6,326 appointments for 1,533 patients. The mission is to provide high quality medical care to the uninsured and the underinsured families and individuals in a manner that is professional, timely and respectful.

LNCHC strives to empower each of their volunteers to make a positive and healthful impact on the lives of those they treat, thereby helping to create hope for a healthier and happier life. More than 100 doctors, nurses and lab technicians volunteer their services to the clinic. A referral system is in place for patients that need additional care from specialists.
